Meet Neon Riot, an expressive Belgian-style IPA brewed in collaboration with Ommegang’s friends at @prisoncitybeer. Built on a light silky base of pilsner malt and oats, this beer lets the hops break free, skipping the kettle entirely and making their explosive escape straight to the fermenter. Six different hops: Citra, Topaz, Nelson Sauvin, Azacca, Simcoe, and Mosaic, unleash waves of tropical fruit and white wine, finishing dry, silky, and smooth.
