Chris started working part time in 1980 at L. Knife & Son, one of the Sheehan Companies in MA during summers and holidays. After graduating from Tulane University in 1988 with a degree in Economics, he spent three years working in advertising in New York City and one year traveling solo around world before rejoining the company full time in 1991. He spent time working at L. Knife & Son and Seaboard Products in MA, and T.J. Sheehan in Syracuse, before becoming General Manager of Union Beer Distributors in Brooklyn, NY.
Steve began working for the Sheehan Family Companies at T.J. Sheehan as a Sales Rep in 1992, immediately after graduating from the University of Massachusetts with his B.A. in Business. After two years, Steve transferred to Seaboard Products to take a Key Account Sales position. When the Sheehan Family Companies acquired Union Beer in 1996, Steve moved to Brooklyn as the Asst. Sales Manager. He was promoted to Off-Premise Sales Manager in 2000 and took on the role of Sales Director in 2006 to oversee the entire Sales Department. Steve was promoted to his current position of Asst. General Manager in 2014. When not at work, Steve can be found spending time with his wife of over 20 years and his three kids or on the tennis court.
Pete started as a driver’s helper in the summer of 2004. Upon finishing school, he soon joined Union Beer in 2008 to run an off-premise route in Manhattan. Pete held various sales roles until turning to brand management in 2014. Since 2021, he has led Union’s craft sales & marketing efforts. He holds a B.A. from NYU’s Gallatin school and a M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern school. In his free time, he can be found with his wife and three daughters.

Sirivan oversees the accounting, finance, payroll and financial systems implementation at Union Beer. Sirivan has been with Union Beer since 2017 and enjoys being a taste tester on occasion. Sirivan leads the finance & accounting teams in the Brooklyn, NY and Secaucus, NJ locations. She brings broad experiences ranging from start-up companies to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. Sirivan started her career as a marketing analyst and moved into risk management consultancy at Deloitte & Touche. Sirivan has held finance management positions at celebrity-chef chain establishment, ‘Wichcraft, as well as Estée Lauder and Ann Taylor, where she oversaw real estate and construction budgets exceeding $130MM. Outside of the grind, Sirivan explores NY neighborhoods and new restaurants. She has traveled to 31 countries with plans to add more to the list.

Richard comes from a background as a US Marine and Correctional Officer, and then spent many years in Corporate Real Estate Management in NJ & NYC. He began working for the Hunterdon Brewing Company as their Operations Manager in 2011. While working at Hunterdon Brewing Co. he assisted with the creation of Gambrinus II in NJ, and the creation of Public Warehousing at the Whitehouse Station Facility. After many successful years with Hunterdon Brewing, he transitioned to Operations Manager for Union Beer Distributors in 2018 with the opening of a new state of the art facility in Secaucus NJ. During his time at Union Beer he has worked to build a successful team of Managers and Supervisors who are leading Union Beer Operations to new performance standards.

With a background of over twenty years in warehousing, transportation, and distribution, Nick joined Sheehan Family Companies in 2012 managing the night shift. Nick was promoted to Warehouse Manager in 2015, a position he still occupies. Nick and his management team have overseen warehouse operations through some of the more challenging times in the company’s history such as the full rebuild after hurricane Sandy in 2012-2013, the relocation from Brooklyn, NY to a state-of-the-art warehouse in Secaucus, NJ in 2018, and most recently, seeing the warehouse through the pandemic in 2020-2021. Nick’s workplace values of hard work, integrity, and the unyielding commitment to the company’s mission are balanced out by his personal values of camaraderie through shared adversity, loyalty, and drive to help those around him.
